With a deep-rooted passion for the art and science of movement, Dira has immersed herself in mastering Pilates and sharing its countless benefits with others. Through her extensive training in the BASI Pilates method, she brings a rich understanding of the body’s mechanics, offering clients a deeply personal experience tailored to their unique needs. Whether supporting recovery from injury, guiding pre- and postnatal clients, or helping seasoned practitioners refine their technique, Dira’s approach is centered on nurturing both body and mind.

Lynda

Senior Instructor

With over a decade of experience in Pilates, Lynda has helped countless clients achieve their fitness goals and enhance their overall well-being. Her approach is rooted in the belief that Pilates, when practiced consistently and mindfully, is a powerful tool for creating a strong, flexible, and balanced body. Lynda emphasizes slow and steady progress, ensuring her clients build a solid foundation for long-term health.

Outside the studio, Lynda enjoys cross-training through swimming, biking, and running, which she believes enriches her own practice and allows her to bring a fresh, dynamic perspective to her Pilates classes. Her deep commitment to fitness, both as a teacher and a student, ensures she stays at the forefront of Pilates and movement science.

With her extensive knowledge of the human body and its intricate mechanics, Lelee has spent years helping her patients find relief from pain and achieve optimal health. Her expertise as a chiropractor has allowed her to understand the importance of proper alignment, functionality, and balance in the body. Now, Lelee is combining her expertise as a chiropractor with her newfound love of Pilates. As she undergoes her Pilates certification, she is eager to integrate the principles of Pilates into her holistic approach to health and wellness.

Her journey began in Switzerland, and she’s now sharing her passion for Pilates at The Core Reformery.

Lori’s bubbly personality and dedication ensure that each session is not only a workout but also a joyful experience. Her infectious energy and commitment to making every class enjoyable help you achieve your fitness goals while having fun.

Shirley

Trainee Instructor

Shirley is a Pilates trainee, currently working towards her certification. Her teaching is characterized by a gentle, thoughtful approach, making every session feel supportive and welcoming. Shirley’s caring and attentive nature allows her to connect deeply with her clients, ensuring they feel guided and encouraged as they progress. Her passion for movement extends beyond the studio, as she also tutors on the side, balancing her love for teaching with a deep commitment to helping others grow. Shirley’s sessions offer a calming experience that encourages clients to build confidence and strength at their own pace.

Shiq’s sessions are dynamic, combining grace and strength, and are designed to help clients feel more connected to their bodies. Whether you’re new to Pilates or a seasoned mover, Shiq’s steady focus and expertise will guide you through a balanced and fulfilling experience.
