Terms & Conditions

The Core Reformery reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions as and when it deems necessary, with, or without notice to the clients, in any manner as The Core Reformery may decide.
Booking and Registration

Clients will only be allowed to book for and attend classes upon full payment of all applicable fees.

Registrations are not transferrable to any other person.
Conduct of Students and Attire

Clients must diligently follow and observe all rules, guidelines of etiquette, discipline, conduct, attire and procedure set by The Core Reformery.

Grip socks are required for all classes at The Core Reformery.
Class Attendance and Lateness Policy

Clients can withdraw from class without penalty at least 12 hours before start of class. Your class/session will be automatically charged if we do not receive any notice within the cancellation window.

[NEW] Clients for Private Sessions can withdraw from class without penalty at least 24 hours before start of class. Your class/session will be automatically charged if we do not receive any notice within the cancellation window.

No refunds will be made for late cancellations.

Clients are required to observe punctuality in attending classes. Clients are considered late if they do not arrive within 10 minutes of the start of the class, or by the end of the class warm up, whichever is earlier. Our instructors have the right to reject clients from attending the class should they be late.
Credit Return and Refund Policy​

All sales are final. No refund will be made for all packages bought. In addition, all packages are non-shareable and non-transferrable unless otherwise stated.​

Clients may request for a credit return if the reason for late cancel or no show is due to medical reasons supported by certified medical documents.

[NEW] Submission of request must be done via our The Core Reformery app under 'Class Waiver'.

The Core Reformery reserves the right to accept or reject any request for refund after assessing the circumstances on a case-by-case basis and its decision will be final.
Class Pack Rollover and Extension Policy

Clients may request for rollover of a maximum of 5 credits upon purchase of new class pack. Validity of rolled-over credits will follow the expiry date of the new class pack.

[NEW] Clients may request for a package extension for all packages using our Extension Pass, at $14/2-week block, effective 27 May 2024.

Class Schedule Changes

The Core Reformery reserves the right to change or cancel a scheduled class, or to change the instructor, when necessary. A cancelled class will be rescheduled by The Core Reformery. This may be rescheduled to a different day and/or a different time from when the class was originally scheduled.

[NEW] Clients will be informed of the changes or cancellations via the app and/or email. Please ensure that your email is up-to-date to receive the notice of change. The Core Reformery will not be held liable if a client's email address is not updated by the client and he/she does not receive the notice of change.

Requests for complimentary extensions of packages due to class changes or cancellations (e.g. change in schedule, change in instructor) will not be entertained.
Indemnity

Every care will be taken to ensure the wellbeing of the clients during class. However, classes may be physically strenuous and participation is based on an understanding and knowledge that there is risk of personal injury. The Core Reformery shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, death, penalty, cost, expense and/or any other consequences arising from and/or in connection with any of its classes or programs to the fullest extent as may be permitted under the applicable laws and regulations.

You agree at all times to indemnify and hold harmless The Core Reformery, its management, members and staff against all losses, liabilities, claims, actions, proceedings, orders, penalties and costs (including legal costs on a full indemnity basis) howsoever arising in connection with these terms and conditions.
Intellectual Property

All exercises, class sequences and materials taught in class remain the property of The Core Reformery. They cannot be taught (or performed) outside the studio without the prior written approval of The Core Reformery.

Prior approval by The Core Reformery must be granted before any form of recording (photography or video recording) may be taken. All recording (photographs and videos) shall be for personal use only and not for any commercial use.
Data Protection

You agree that you have read, understood and consent to The Core Reformery collecting, using, disclosing and processing your personal data in the manner set forth in our privacy policy. By attending our classes, courses and/or programs you agree to our collection, use and/or disclosure of your personal data to the extent necessary to process your requests and provide you with our services.
Governing Law
-
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
