Recommended for pregnant clients who are in their second trimester onwards

Our small-group prenatal classes are perfect for healthy moms-to-be looking for a supportive, shared experience. Limited to just 3 participants, each session provides focused, personalized attention in a safe, comfortable environment. A healthcare provider’s clearance is required.

Our 2:1 private sessions offer a special way for expectant mothers to share their prenatal Pilates journey with a partner, such as a husband or support person. These sessions provide focused guidance tailored to the mother’s comfort and needs, with exercises adapted for both partners to connect and support each other during this meaningful time. This shared experience can be a wonderful opportunity to prepare for birth together, while both participants benefit from movement and breathwork in a calm, supportive environment.
