Postnatal is a restorative and strengthening Reformer session designed for mums returning to movement after childbirth. With a focus on rebuilding core and pelvic floor connection, improving posture, and easing tension from early motherhood, this class supports a safe and gradual return to exercise. With only 3 participants per session, you’ll receive close guidance and modifications tailored to your stage of recovery.
What to expect in this 50-minute session:
- Gentle core and pelvic floor reactivation
- Strength work to support daily movements like lifting, feeding, and carrying
- Mobility and release to ease tight areas such as the neck, back, and hips
- A calm, encouraging environment focused on rebuilding confidence and body awareness

- Semi-private (3:1) group format for more personalised attention
- Movement designed specifically for postnatal recovery, not just a scaled-down workout
- Focus on restoring strength, balance, and functional movement patterns
Perfect for:
- Mums 8 weeks postpartum (normal delivery) or 12 weeks postpartum (C-section), cleared by their doctor
- Those looking to reconnect with their core safely
- Anyone wanting a supportive transition back to Reformer or regular fitness classes

Not suitable for postnatal mums with unresolved pelvic pain, severe abdominal separation, prolapse symptoms, or injuries requiring rehab support. If you have specific conditions such as diastasis recti, pelvic organ prolapse, or persistent pain, we recommend starting with a private session for a fully personalised and safe approach. Clearance from your healthcare provider is required before joining. Grip socks required.

Absolutely! We offer a Private (2:1) option where you can attend with a partner, such as your husband or support person.
