Our prenatal classes offer exercises that focus on key areas for expecting mothers: strengthening the core, maintaining flexibility, stabilising the pelvis, and relieving tension in the back, hips, and shoulders.   1. Personalised Attention: We keep our class sizes small, with a maximum of 3 participants, to ensure each client receives focused guidance and support. Our instructors are attentive to each client’s needs, making modifications as needed for safety and comfort.

  2. Safe, Supportive Movements: Each session begins with a gentle warm-up and progresses through a series of carefully selected exercises. Movements are low-impact, with modifications made for each stage of pregnancy to ensure that every exercise feels comfortable and beneficial.

  3. Focus on Breath and Mindful Movement: Breathing exercises and mindful movement are essential elements of our classes. Not only do they help you connect with your body, but they can also assist in managing labour and provide a sense of calm and control.

  4. Adaptable Classes: As your pregnancy progresses, our instructors adjust exercises to suit your evolving needs, ensuring you feel empowered, safe, and supported through each trimester.
